Global Network of Children's Ombudspersons

There is no formal global network of children’s ombudspersons. However, the European Network of Ombudspersons for Children – ENOC – is anxious to share information and strategies with similar institutions worldwide and with other regional networks. Together with CRIN (The Child Rights Information Network) it is constructing a virtual network through this website. Independent children’s rights institutions are encouraged to apply to ENOC for agreement to use the “Forum” section of the website which is reserved for members: e-mail the current chairperson of ENOC George Moschos, Deputy Ombudsman, Office of the Ombudsman of Greece, Department of Children’s Rights cr@synigoros.gr.

CRIN hosts ENOC’s website and would like to make basic information about all children’s ombudspersons worldwide available on this website, together with links to the institutions’ own websites. For more information: http://www.ombudsnet.org/enoc/members/index.asp
