UNICEF Syria cooperates with the Syrian Government, NGOs and other UN Agencies to ensure a "First call" to children, promote their rights and provide community based services in primary health care, nutrition and basic education. UNICEF is guided by the CRC and strives to raise public awareness on child rights and means of their implementation.
